What You Will Do We are looking for a sharp, determined professional to fill a Content Specialist position within the PGIM Investment Sourcing Support team. This position reports to the Director and will hold a key role on a team led by the V.P. of Investment Sourcing Support. In addition, this position will partner with key stakeholders and internal functional teams to align sourcing and support efforts with the business strategy and help elevate the private credit profile of PGIM.

What You Can Expect

Coordinate messaging efforts for the private capital arm of PGIM to build awareness of our value proposition and reputation.

Help activate key messages across high-impact marketing tactics (website, social, conferences / events, PR, and case studies (both written and video).

Support and lead the development of content and maintain and coordinate appropriate content across all channels.

Write, edit, and proofread content for digital and print channels including thought leadership, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other collateral materials.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and compliance.

Manage and maintain a content calendar that is consistently updated with a proactive approach to ensure timely content is available monthly.

Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.

Have significant impact as a driven team-player in a dynamic and fast-moving organization.

Think outside the box and partner with the team to deliver high impact, innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring

5+ years of years of relevant content development experience ideally in the financial services industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that leverage both quantitative and qualitative data.

Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Creative visual thinker that leverages all available resources (internal team, PGIM center marketing, and Prudential Brand +Advertising Center of Excellence).

Proven ability to present best practices and results in a concise and simplified way.

Familiarity with social media, public relations, and events/conferences.

Proficiency with all Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams) as well as social platforms such as LinkedIn.

Superb project management skills.

What Will Set You Apart

Campaign Management experience including email, paid social, and the web. Salesforce / Marketing Could experience preferred.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, grammar, and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and to collaborate across various internal teams and external partners and contractors.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience in Financial Services desired though not a requirement.

Willing to travel as needed.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $80,000-$90,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
