About The Role We’re looking for a
Revenue Marketing Manager
who can turn market opportunity into measurable pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy—driving programs that accelerate growth across priority accounts, emerging opportunities, and industry segments. You’ll own a program of multi‑channel campaigns that convert awareness into demand and demand into revenue, partnering closely with sales, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
Tools / Systems
Familiarity with Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
CRM experience (Salesforce, etc.)
Analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
Event & campaign management platforms.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute integrated revenue marketing campaigns tied to quarterly growth targets.
Build and optimize programs across Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts (industry, persona, and use‑case aligned).
Partner with sales leadership to shape pipeline strategy, target accounts, expansion opportunities, and account‑level messaging.
Lead multi‑channel campaign execution (paid, email, digital, content syndication and webinars).
Own campaign reporting and forecasting.
Coordinate with content, brand, and product marketing to deliver high‑impact collateral supporting the buyer journey.
Partner on analyst and advisor engagement when needed to accelerate opportunity influence.
Work closely with the Global Events manager to promote and where required support event management.
Manage agency partners and budget allocation.
What You Bring
5+ years in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or growth Marketing in an IT services or enterprise technology company.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS/IT services sales cycles and enterprise‑grade buyer journeys.
Experience in running account‑based marketing tactics working with tools such as 6sense and Demand Base (nice to have).
Hands‑on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions (AI, cloud, data, IoT, managed services) into differentiated value propositions.
A builder mindset – comfortable driving new programs in a fast‑moving, global environment.
