What is Required (Qualifications):
3–5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a global organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven ability to simplify complex projects into clear narratives
Experience managing communications for organizational change
Ability to adapt and influence stakeholders at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Skills in video production, graphic design, or podcasting
Familiarity with tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Canva
Passion for digital technologies and data
