What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive revenue growth and manage a sales pipeline, achieving booking targets

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key government and education decision-makers

Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts to enhance the customer experience

Assess customer needs and develop capture strategies aligned with the mission

Ensure compliance with information management and data governance best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

4+ years of direct state and local government sales experience

Strong knowledge of the procurement, budget, and acquisition cycle for SLED accounts

Proven ability in consultative sales, including prospecting and negotiating

Experience reading and responding to complex contracts, RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs

University/college degree or relevant experience in a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Workflow, and CRM solutions
