Your responsibilities

You conduct high-quality, audience-focused training sessions and workshops in Java scripting and related technical topics

Your trainings blend theory with strong practical relevance and real-world examples

Design and enhance eLearning modules, self-paced courses, tutorials, and short videos

Transform complex technical concepts into engaging, well-structured digital learning experiences

Continuously improve existing learning content already in use

Collaborate to expand knowledge

Work closely with colleagues in the training and eLearning team to share knowledge and create new ideas

Integrate expertise from across the company to create consistent, high-quality learning solutions

Use feedback to improve continuously

Evaluate your trainings and use participant feedback to enhance your courses

Support the growth of an open, motivating learning culture at SER

Your profile Technical Competence - Deep Java Knowledge

Solid expertise in Java programming, ideally backed by practical experience in software development or technical training

Ability to explain code, APIs, debugging, and development workflows clearly and effectively

Training Experience

Enjoy teaching and explaining complex technical topics

Experience conducting technical trainings, workshops, or coding sessions – online and in person

Ability to design and deliver modern digital learning formats

Strong Communication Skills

Empathy and clarity when addressing different learner levels, from beginners to advanced participants

Confident communication in English, German a plus

Team spirit and openness to co-create innovative learning solutions

Structured, proactive, and quality-driven working style

Bonus Skills

Experience with learning platforms (LMS), authoring tools, or digital media for creating self-learning courses
