The Mission of this Role
As our GenAI Instructional Designer & Trainer, you’ll combine learning design and live delivery: creating engaging digital learning resources and leading live interactive workshops. With a strong focus on GenAI, you’ll make complex topics accessible for businesses, professionals at different career stages, and educational organizations, shaping the way people learn and apply future skills.

What You’ll Own
Design and adapt high‑quality learning materials (presentations, handbooks, guides, digital resources).
Deliver online workshops and training sessions on GenAI and future skills.
Manage our LearnWorlds LMS: course setup, user management, reporting.
Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, gamma.app, and others) in both design and facilitation.
Translate complex concepts into engaging, learner‑friendly experiences.
Develop tools to measure skills and engagement, such as pre/post assessments and feedback questionnaires.
Collaborate with our Customer Success team and clients to tailor programs, integrate feedback, and showcase results.
Stay up to date on GenAI and EdTech trends, bringing fresh ideas into our programs.

Learners describe workshops as engaging, clear, and practical, with measurable impact shown through satisfaction scores, testimonials, and pre/post assessments.
Educational materials are professional, innovative, and scalable across audiences.
GenAI tools are integrated seamlessly into the learning experience (activities, resources, facilitation).
LMS operations run smoothly, with strong adoption and analytics.

Qualifications
3+ years in instructional design, education, or training.
Experience delivering workshops, ideally online.
Excellent digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Comfort with GenAI tools and prompt‑writing.
Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, LMS platforms (LearnWorlds, Moodle, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Nice to Have
Background in fields where digital skills and learning design intersect (e.g., STEM, business, education).
Portfolio or sample work demonstrating engaging learning materials.
Strong sense of visual design and aesthetics in educational materials (e.g., presentations, handbooks, digital content).
Video production or multimedia design skills.
