About Qontroler
Qontroler is a fast‑growing DTC brand currently built around a hero product: a device that stimulates throat muscles to reduce snoring and improve sleep quality. The first phase is already a success, generating consistent 6–7 figure monthly revenues. The next step is much more ambitious: transform this mono‑product model into a full US‑based sleep brand (devices, accessories, lighting, mattresses, etc.) and build a long‑term category leader.
Your Mission
You are responsible for defining, executing and scaling the full growth and creative strategy for Qontroler in the US.
Your core goal
Design, test and scale highly profitable paid campaigns, build winning funnels, and turn a hero product into a powerful sleep brand.
Your Responsibilities
Define the US growth strategy (positioning, angles, offers, funnels, channels)
Execute media buying across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
Manage a multi‑million dollar annual ad budget
Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPA, MER, ROAS, LTV, AOV, etc.)
Identify new audiences, angles, offers and growth levers
Own the creative strategy: hooks, scripts, narratives, UGC concepts
Brief & lead video editors + copywriter
Build a structured testing roadmap
Turn data into clear creative learnings
Run A/B tests on landing pages & sales flows
Improve CVR, AOV and LTV based on data
Help evolve from a mono‑product brand into a full sleep brand
Co‑create brand platform, messaging and positioning
Support new product decisions through data and market insights
Act as the marketing lead for the company
Collaborate daily with the founder and advisor
Bring a true ownership mindset and drive initiatives end‑to‑end
Ideal Profile
5+ years in DTC e‑commerce
Experienced in scaling brands to 7–8 figures
Comfortable managing multi‑million ad budgets
A real direct‑response thinker
Master of data‑driven decisions
Strong creative instincts (hooks, ads, angles, storytelling)
Able to lead creatives effectively
Highly proactive with a strong bias for action
Tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, Klaviyo, Notion, Slack.
Mindset: Ownership, speed, clarity, no ego, high expectations, high output.
What We Offer
Fully remote – US‑based only
Base salary: 8,000 to 12,000 USD/month, higher possible for exceptional profiles.
