Creative Strategist – DTC Brand

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who has a proven track record of scaling DTC/e-commerce brands via high-performing creative. You are the architect of our paid media content strategy, turning platform data into gold-standard ad creative. Responsibilities

You will work closely with internal and external production teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with the strategy brief. Your key focus will be translating raw performance data into prescriptive creative briefs and achieving quantifiable improvements in key metrics such as ROAS, MER, and AOV. Qualifications

DTC Brand Scaling Success (Minimum 4 Years): Non‑negotiable, verifiable experience leading and scaling creative strategy for 8‑figure (or higher) Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. Deep, current, and demonstrable command of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Shorts creative best practices, with a focus on conversion‑optimized short‑form video (UGC, VSLs). Proven history of translating raw performance data (e.g., CPA trends, funnel drop‑offs) into prescriptive creative briefs and achieving quantifiable improvements in key metrics (ROAS/MER/AOV). Ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external production teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, budget, and perfectly aligned with the strategy brief. Why Join Us?
