Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead strategy development across client accounts. This role is the bridge between data and creative turning insights into actionable campaigns that deliver real ROI.
You will not just “manage” accounts; you will own the strategy. You’ll analyze performance metrics, uncover opportunities, and guide cross‑department collaboration between our media buyers, SEO team, and content specialists to ensure every campaign hits its target. When a campaign underperforms, you’ll take charge of diagnosing, refining, and relaunching stronger.
Key Responsibilities
Multi‑Channel Strategy: Develop custom digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals, integrating SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRO into a cohesive growth engine.
Paid Media Leadership: Collaborate with media buyers to ensure high‑performing ad campaigns on Meta and Google that achieve target ROAS, utilizing tools like Motion App and Looker Studio for deep analysis.
Search & Visibility: Partner with the SEO team to enhance visibility, keyword rankings, and site engagement using data from SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor funnel performance, landing pages, and lead quality to drive conversion optimization. You will use heatmaps (Clarity) and analytics to turn traffic into revenue.
Creative Direction: Craft creative concepts and messaging frameworks for ad campaigns, working closely with video editors to produce high‑converting OGC/UGC ads.
Data‑Driven Reporting: Analyze campaign data daily and report actionable insights to internal teams and clients via Monday.com and live dashboards.
Proactive Optimization: Refine underperforming campaigns by identifying root causes (e.g., creative fatigue, offer alignment) and adjusting strategy immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing strategy or performance marketing with a deep understanding of the full funnel.
Channel Mastery (Non‑Negotiable): You must possess advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Ads Manager), SEO, and CRO principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential. You must be able to articulate complex strategies clearly to clients and lead internal teams effectively.
Portfolio of Results: We require proof of performance. You must be able to showcase specific case studies with quantifiable results (e.g., “Increased ROAS from 2.0 to 4.5 in 3 months,” or “Improved Landing Page CVR by 15% via A/B testing”).
Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, SEMrush, GoHighLevel (CRM), and project management tools like Monday.com is highly preferred.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Motion) to make budget allocation decisions.
