Maintain consistent inbound business flow from referral sources
Occasionally assist underwriting tasks, scheduling inspections, minimal risk‑taking tasks
Support renewals and assist in account maintenance
Work toward owning your revenue stream and eventually moving into account manager / producer roles
Qualifications & Requirements
Sales mindset with motivation to learn in a commission‑oriented role
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑starter, comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑up, and tracking KPIs
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide training and support)
Ability to work full time onsite in Houston
