Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners.

Build quarterly client strategies.

Create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets.

Provide fractional support for internal marketing within Directive.

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

Confirm accurate lead routing in CRM.

Ensure personal productivity and utilization.

Work with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.

Understand and leverage programmatic campaigns.

Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities.

Execute and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns, including ad copywriting and targeting.

What You Offer

4+ years experience in performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients.

Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (conversation, document, ctv, etc.).

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.

Ability to delegate to junior team members.

Strong understanding of paid media principles (keyword research, copywriting, bid management).

Analytical skills using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar.

Track record of driving results through OCT.

Audience segmentation experience by tier and job title.

Success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

Storytelling with data and strategy translation.

Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and cutting‑edge industry knowledge.

Excellent organization and multitasking.

High quality focus and passion for advertising.

Occasional travel (once per year or as needed).

Manages ~5 mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.

Meets/exceeds department KPIs: client growth, NSMs, client satisfaction.

Builds client trust and drives renewals.

Cross‑sells services aligned with client goals.

Communicates results to client contacts and executives.

Delivers strategic decision‑making for accounts.

Benefits We offer a living wage at Abe; annual base salary range $85,000‑$95,000 USD in the US (estimate only).
