Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) - Future Opening
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help mid‑market and enterprise clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and quality
Build quarterly strategies for clients
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing accuracy within CRM
Maintain personal productivity and utilization
Work directly with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients
Deep expertise with paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of different LinkedIn ad units (conversation, document, CTV, etc.)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools
Strong understanding of paid media principles, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
Ability to analyze performance data with Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or similar tools
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts
Excellent communication and storytelling with data
Competitive mindset, problem‑solving skills, and continuous learning
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Travel to visit clients once per year as needed
What Success Looks Like
Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts
Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client NSMs and satisfaction scores
Build client trust and ensure consistent renewals
Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals
Clear communication of results with client contacts and executives
Exceptional decision making and strategic direction for accounts

Base salary $70,000‑$80,000 USD (annual range)
