Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate content generated by users in VR to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content effectively and efficiently.
Engage with users within the VR environment, addressing their inquiries and providing support in a friendly manner.
Document moderation activities and report on trends regarding user interactions and content behavior.
Collaborate closely with the moderation team to enhance policies and improve user experience.
Stay informed about emerging trends in VR and best practices for content moderation.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role, particularly in virtual environments, is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective content evaluation.
Excellent communication skills to ensure positive user engagements.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced and innovative work environment.
Open‑mindedness and cultural sensitivity while interacting with diverse users.
Familiarity with VR platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
