Key Responsibilities
Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Accurately classify content based on established policies and standards.
Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
Stay up-to-date with company policies related to content moderation and community interaction.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
