What You'll Do
- Adopt a user mindset to create realistic data that meets the needs you would expect AI to fulfill.
- Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing, ranking, and providing feedback on responses generated by large language models.
- Contribute across multiple projects based on your unique skillset and experience.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and assess nuanced AI reasoning.
- Strong Writing: Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content to communicate decisions and critiques.
- Attention to Detail: Dedication to accuracy and a keen eye for assessing the technical quality of model outputs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fields like literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology.
- Previous writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
- Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools.
Pay & Logistics
- Base Rate: Up to $15/hour USD, based on experience.
- Bonuses: Additional compensation available based on project performance.
