Adopt a user mindset
to create realistic data that meets the needs you would expect AI to fulfill. Evaluate AI outputs
by reviewing, ranking, and providing feedback on responses generated by large language models. Contribute across multiple projects
based on your unique skillset and experience. What We're Looking For
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Capability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and assess nuanced AI reasoning. Strong Writing : Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content to communicate decisions and critiques. Attention to Detail : Dedication to accuracy and a keen eye for assessing the technical quality of model outputs. Nice to Have
Experience in fields like literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology. Previous writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.). Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools. Pay & Logistics
Base Rate : Up to $15/hour USD, based on experience. Bonuses : Additional compensation available based on project performance. Type : Freelance/1099 contract - not an internship. Location : 100% remote Schedule : Flexible hours - you determine when and how much to work. Payouts : Weekly via our secure platform. This position is freelance and compensated on an hourly basis.
