Promotional Customer Service Representatives
to support
live events ,
community outreach , and
public-facing marketing initiatives
that connect the public with causes that matter. What You’ll Do As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our outreach efforts, engaging with the public and representing brands that prioritize social good. Serve as the face of our campaigns at community events, retail pop-ups, and outreach activations
Answer questions and provide information about current promotions, nonprofit initiatives, or brand partners
Assist with event setup, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials
Support smooth, successful execution of outreach campaigns alongside event and marketing teams
Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
Troubleshoot minor issues and offer clear, helpful solutions in real time
Uphold a high standard of professionalism while representing clients and causes
Who We're Looking For

Friendly, professional attitude with a
customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges
Experience in
retail, customer service, hospitality, or events
is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Availability for
weekends and occasional evenings
for events
