Houston Levee, Eads, TN, US Overview At The Life Church, you will help create dynamic and engaging environments that showcase passion and excellence. The Camera Lead leads a thriving volunteer team and creates spaces where creative expression and God’s word are shared in impactful ways. What You Will Do Support the Location Pastor in building a life‑gaining, vibrant culture at The Life Church - Houston Levee. Lead and develop a Production Volunteer Team through one‑on‑ones, protocol creation, team training events, and hands‑on instruction. Create meaningful service and event experiences by preparing environments, connections and equipment, empowering volunteers and instructing directors and camera operators. Own the details – from scheduling and equipment management to creating shot lists and tracking volunteer personal growth – setting the standard for excellence across the board. Communicate with care – from volunteers to pastors, staff and team leaders – and function as a relational bridge for the families we serve. Collaborate with the global Production Team and help build new installs and events across the country. What You Bring A proven track record of leadership, preferably in ministry, team, education, or service‑based environments. A commitment to modeling the following qualities: Integrity, positive attitude, work ethic, excellence, team player, achievement, development, humility, commitment, and intuition. Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to lead adults and relate well with others. A love for the local church and the desire to invest in and develop others. High personal standards in organization, follow‑through, communication, privacy, and team development. Comfort with digital software tools and willingness to learn new systems. Proficiency with video switching software and hardware. Ability to set up, operate and maintain broadcast and cinema camera equipment. An attitude and desire for continued learning. A genuine love for people and a passion to help them grow personally and spiritually. A flexible, team‑first attitude and ability to lead people and projects with humility and excellence.
