Our company has been an industry leader in home improvement for almost 20 years, located throughout multiple cities in the northern United States. We design and install high‑quality bath & shower systems, windows, roofing, and siding, offering long‑lasting solutions for homeowners looking for the best in renovation and updating.

Who we are looking for

Responsibilities

Lead Generators will represent our brand at events, fairs, and festivals throughout the Twin Cities. You will set up and tear down our stylish promotional booth, engage with homeowners from all over, and make valuable connections. You will be paid to enjoy the experience, with travel expenses reimbursed and bonuses available on top of hourly pay. Extensive, award‑winning marketing training is provided—no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (non‑local travel reimbursed)
• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality
• Ability to set up and tear down the booth
• Open weekend availability
• 18+ years old

Compensation

$20/hour plus bonuses with opportunity for advancement.
