This role is offered by IntelliPro. Salary range: $150,000–$250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Oversee the entire content production process, from concept development to final delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of screenwriters, producers, and editors to ensure high‑quality output.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, operations, and user acquisition, to align content initiatives with business objectives.
\ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage content production budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
li>Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, preferably focused on vertical dramas or short‑form content.
Proven leadership experience managing creative teams within an MCN environment.
Strong network of contacts within video platforms and the North American content creation industry.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of content metrics and analytics, with the ability to use data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
