Design & Sales Consultant (Showroom-based)
Opportunities in our Chelsea, Guildford & Royal Tunbridge Wells Showrooms
We are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showrooms
Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish
Design work and briefing a design assistant to support you in producing shop drawings
Producing quotes
Site visits/surveys
Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email
Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful
Working a 5-day week including Saturday work
Qualifications
2-5 years luxury retail or luxury interior design experience
A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients
A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients
Excellent organisational skills
Good time-management skills
Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
