The Opportunity Cosmetic Surgery Sales Advisor – Maternity Cover (with potential to become permanent)

Location:

Cadogan Clinic, Kings Road, Chelsea, London

Contract:

Full-time, Fixed-term (Maternity Cover – potential to extend to permanent role)

Salary:

£60,000 – £65,000 per year (On-Target Earnings, plus monthly performance bonuses)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for remote Friday/Saturday shifts

What You’ll Do Sales and Patient Engagement

Engage with prospective and existing patients via phone and email to understand their goals and build trusted relationships.

Qualify enquiries, manage leads, and convert consultations into confirmed bookings.

Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic information about procedures, pricing, and payment options.

Maintain post‑procedure communication to encourage long‑term relationships and referrals.

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Patient Journey Management

Serve as a dedicated point of contact throughout the patient journey — from enquiry to discharge.

Coordinate consultations and surgeries with consultants and internal teams.

Ensure all bookings, pricing, and billing are accurate and compliant.

Maintain precise, GDPR‑compliant patient records.

Customer Service Excellence

Provide empathetic, patient‑focused support at every touchpoint.

Handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Collect and share patient feedback to support service improvement.

Collaborate with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

What You’ll Bring Essential

Proven success in a

high‑performance, results‑driven sales role

(B2C, consultative, or high‑value sales).

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.

Confidence and professionalism when engaging patients by phone and email.

Empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to support patients through important decisions.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

Experience in

aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or private healthcare .

Knowledge of the

aesthetic and medical services

industry.

Understanding of

CQC standards

and healthcare compliance.
