About the Role We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel marketing efforts that drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer engagement.
This role blends strategy with execution, and hands‑on creativity. You will create campaigns, develop content, manage the website, and lead agency partners across SEO, paid advertising, and video. You’ll collaborate across the organization—sales, events, product, and design—to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact in every customer touchpoint.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Planning a multi‑channel campaign for a new course launch
Leading content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social
Coordinating with the Events team to promote training courses
Partnering with the design team on branded visuals
Collaborating with our marketing agency on SEO, paid media, and video
Updating website pages and tracking engagement analytics
Maintaining dashboards and reporting on performance metrics using Monday.com

20% Website management & performance analytics
25% Agency and vendor management
10% Cross‑team collaboration, administration, and dashboard/report maintenance
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead and execute strategic, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
Create engaging content across blogs, newsletters, case studies, and more
Maintain consistent brand voice
Manage ad spend, contracts, and vendors
Serve as a brand owner with customer‑first messaging
Website Management
Maintain and update website content
Partner with IT and design on UX and visual improvements
Monitor GA4 and analytics tools to enhance conversions and SEO
Serve as primary lead to manage Fire Tech’s external marketing agency
Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and video production projects
Manage timelines and deliverables
Support Sales, Events, and Business Development teams
Maintain marketing calendars, dashboards, and reports
Assist with event logistics and vendor coordination
Qualifications Required:
3–5 years in marketing or communications
Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency with Monday.com, Teams, CRM systems
Preferred & Bonus:
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express)
Familiarity with AI‑powered tools
Story Brand framework knowledge
