Functional Sales & Marketing Specialist Docotel Group is a leading IT consulting firm based in Chicago's Loop, founded in 2007 as Diversified Technology, Inc., an African American owned business.

Company Overview We specialize in delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration and implementations including CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. Our clients span state/local government, financial services, public utility, and major industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize sales operations.

Ensure accurate and clean customer and prospect data for forecasting and campaigns.

Support integrations with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, and Marketo.

Provide training and support to sales reps on Salesforce best practices.

Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and website content.

Segment audiences, develop personalized messaging, and manage customer journeys.

Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights.

Coordinate webinars, industry events, and digital launches, ensuring effective promotion and post‑event follow‑up.

Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals and target accounts.

Develop dashboards combining sales and marketing KPIs for executive reporting.

Support account‑based marketing strategies to engage high‑value accounts.

Identify opportunities to automate processes for lead assignment, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend tools and strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations with Salesforce expertise.

Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM, building dashboards, and supporting integrations.

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing campaigns and tools such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and account‑based marketing practices.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Familiarity with utilities, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience (approximately $75‑hr to $120‑hr).
