We’re looking for a motivated
Junior Influencer Marketing Coordinator
based in Europe to join our growing EMEA team. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Campaigns in Amsterdam, you will work on the influencer marketing campaigns across multiple markets for global clients.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural communicator, and understands the dynamics of social media, influencer negotiations, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build curated influencer lists across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram based on client goals and campaign needs.
Reach out to selected influencers to pitch campaign details and collect their rate cards.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budget.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
Manage influencer contracts, ensuring timely signatures and full compliance with campaign terms.
Track influencer status, communication, and deliverables.
Coordinate timelines to ensure on-time execution of the campaign.
Ensure all influencer posts follow brand guidelines.
Team & Client Communication
Act as a liaison between influencers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Collaborate with account managers and other departments to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
Basic marketing knowledge, including campaign strategy and brand alignment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in both internal and external communications.
Excellent level of English, any additional language is a plus!
Comfortable with negotiation, problem-solving, and managing timelines under pressure.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with influencer contracts and redline processes is a plus.
Experience working with budgets, including higher-value campaigns, is preferred.
