Chuck E. Cheese
We’re hiring a digital leader to own the strategy and performance of our core consumer-facing channels: chuckecheese.com, our booking flows, and our email & mobile app ecosystem. Your goal is simple: drive traffic, engagement, and bookings for one of the world’s most iconic family entertainment brands. You’ll blend digital marketing strategy with CRM leadership, partner with IT and Brand on UX improvements, manage a Marketing Technology Specialist, and direct an annual innovation budget ($50k–$100k) to test new tools and AI that improve workflow, insights, and consumer experience within owned media channels.
What You’ll Do
Lead website and booking experience strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion
Guide SEO, analytics insights (GA4), and overall digital performance
Build and optimize lifecycle email programs, segmentation, and automated journeys within the eClub + Membership / Subscription programs that will drive traffic and repeat visits
Support the migration to a new ESP and manage a high-volume messaging engine (250M+ sends)
Manage a Marketing Technology Specialist and a roster of freelancers
Pilot new AI and MarTech tools that improve efficiency and consumer experience
Partner with IT, Brand, Creative, and Operations to deliver integrated digital campaigns
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years in digital marketing, CRM, or web experience
Experience optimizing transactional or high-traffic websites
Hands‑on segmentation and lifecycle email experience
Strong GA4 and data interpretation skills
Experience managing technical or freelance resources
Curiosity about AI and emerging MarTech
