We are seeking a
Mobile Veterinarian Marketing Specialist
to focus on marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions within the veterinary segment. This role will develop compelling messaging for veterinary professionals, support multi‑channel campaigns, and deliver insights that strengthen Wag’n Tails’ position as the premier mobile veterinary solution provider.
The ideal candidate brings creative thinking, strong project management skills, and an enthusiasm for supporting entrepreneurs in the mobile pet care industry.
What You’ll Do Product Positioning & Market Insights
Translate technical features of mobile veterinary units into value‑driven messaging.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Contribute to content creation for blogs, guides, and educational resources targeting veterinarians.
Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing point of contact for veterinary segment execution.
Partner with the Marketing Manager to tailor campaigns, messaging, and assets specifically for the veterinary market.
Track segment performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.
Sales Enablement & Trade Show Execution
Create sales tools (brochures, pitch decks, onboarding kits) for veterinary prospects.
Coordinate veterinary‑focused trade shows and events, including booth setup and pre/post‑event communications.
Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on messaging and lead follow‑up.
Assist in planning and scheduling content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Develop posts, stories, and videos highlighting veterinary success stories and product benefits.
Monitor social media for veterinary‑related trends and engagement opportunities.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure visual assets meet channel needs and reflect brand voice and style.
Social Media Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and trending topics on key platforms.
Compile and present social media reports to guide content strategy and community engagement.
Flag customer questions or feedback relevant to marketing or service teams.
Cross‑functional Support
Work across marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging and timelines.
Assist with campaign execution across digital, email, and event channels.
Manage marketing asset library and support project tracking.
The Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B, pet care, or veterinary product marketing environments.
Understands the unique needs of mobile veterinary professionals and entrepreneurial business owners.
Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills with attention to tone and consistency.
Experience managing corporate social media channels and content calendars.
Experience supporting sales teams and/or coordinating trade shows or events.
Familiarity with social media platforms, reporting tools, and content planning.
Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about veterinary care innovation.
