We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Marketing Specialist to support our Team Leader and Brokerage Owner, ensuring both business operations and personal brand initiatives run at the highest level.

Role Overview This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, highly organized professional who has both administrative expertise and a strong background in marketing. You’ll serve as the right hand to the Team Leader/Owner, handling executive support, scheduling, and project management, while also collaborating and supporting in the creation and distribution of both print and digital marketing content across social media, print flyers, sign templates, video platforms, email, slideshow presentations, keynote speeches, newsletters, blogs, and more.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support

Manage daily schedule, appointments, and communications for the Team Leader.

Organize meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and client information.

Gatekeeper of the Owner’s time and calendar.

Assist with project coordination, task management, and internal communications.

Oversee CRM and database management.

Set the Leader/Owner up for success by prepping all meeting materials and attending meetings with the Owner as requested.

Marketing & Brand Support

Assist with creation, editing, and distribution of content across website blogs, social media platforms, YouTube, and email marketing tools.

Coordinate and schedule photography and video shoots; oversee editing and posting by third party vendors.

Draft and format blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

Monitor marketing performance analytics and provide regular reports for newsletters, social media campaigns, and property listing reports sellers/clients.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Research and vet podcast and speaking opportunities for Owner; constantly seek new ones to participate in.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar hybrid role.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp/HubSpot, social media schedulers, and photo/video editing software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in luxury markets, real estate development, or personal branding is highly desirable.

Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
