Mount Zion Offroad is Pennsylvania’s premier Jeep, truck, and 4x4 shop—specializing in performance upgrades, custom builds, fabrication, and off‑road solutions. We are looking for a passionate, highly creative, and strategically minded Digital Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand, tell authentic stories, grow our community, and expand our digital footprint across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute both
long‑form and short‑form content
across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Conduct
content strategy brainstorming
sessions with the service and management teams to align messaging with current builds, promotions, and business goals.
Develop content that tells compelling stories aligned with the
stylistic voice, personality, and culture of Mount Zion Offroad .
Content Creation & Media Production
Capture, edit, and produce engaging
photos, videos, motion graphics, and graphic design content
that highlights builds, services, events, and the off‑road lifestyle.
Attend, film, and photograph
company outings, rides, events, and industry shows
for promotional use.
Develop branding assets, promotional materials, and occasional
merchandise designs .
Manage and grow our presence through
Meta Business Suite , TikTok, YouTube Studio, and other relevant platforms.
Campaigns, Advertising & Reporting
Create and manage
paid advertising campaigns
on Meta, Google, and other platforms as needed.
Conduct
monthly corporate marketing reports , including audience metrics, performance analytics, and viewership trends.
Complete
weekly labor reports
related to marketing workload and project completion.
Create and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation.
Website, SEO & CRM
Maintain and update the
Mount Zion Offroad website
with fresh content, promotions, project features, and landing pages.
Implement
SEO best practices
to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
Use
CRM tools
to track leads, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
Partnerships & B2B Development
Pursue and strengthen
B2B relationships
with parts vendors, manufacturers, and industry partners.
Collaborate to create branded content such as
install videos, product reviews, walkthroughs, and promotional showcases .
Brand Representation
Serve as a creative voice and on‑camera presence for content.
Represent the Mount Zion Offroad brand with authenticity and professionalism.
General Duties
Assist with marketing‑related errands, shop coverage needs, or miscellaneous tasks that support the marketing and service departments.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Strong background in
storytelling, branding, and visual communication .
Experience in
graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and content production .
Capable of managing
multiple projects simultaneously , meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
Experience using
Meta Business Suite , analytics dashboards, and content scheduling tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic experience with
CAD software
such as SolidWorks or Fusion (bonus).
Familiarity with
SEO strategy, CRM tools, and digital marketing fundamentals .
Passionate automotive/off‑road enthusiast with curiosity for the aftermarket industry.
Creative, self‑driven, and eager to bring ideas to life.
Comfortable being both
behind and in front of the camera .
Detail‑oriented with a keen sense for emerging trends, storytelling, and visual style.
Expected Weekly Workload Output To maintain a consistent and engaging content flow, the ideal candidate can produce
3 reels/shorts per week
(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). This workload ensures steady growth, community engagement, and lead generation.
