Homewerks Worldwide, LLC, a leading import distributor of home improvement products for major retailers is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. Homewerks Worldwide develops, sources, and markets bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products for home and commercial use. Position Summary Homewerks Worldwide is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing initiatives across major national accounts. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and eCommerce to drive brand visibility, support retail programs, and deliver exceptional in-store and online execution.

Responsibilities

Manage retail display programs for new product launches, including in-store displays, side stacks, and end caps.

Oversee PLR deliverables, including mockups and display production.

Partner with Sales to support account needs including presentations, samples, product demos, and retailer deliverables

Coordinate quotes and production timelines with third‑party vendors.

Collaborate with agency and retailer digital marketing teams to align in‑store and online initiatives.

Support ongoing retail marketing projects to ensure brand consistency and on‑time delivery.

Work with 3rd party agency in management of social media deliverables

Support sales in planning and execution of trade shows and key retail events.

Support customer service and sales in product details for new item set up

Audit retailer product pages for accuracy, appearance, and lead needed corrective actions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in consumer products, ideally within the home improvement category.

Proven experience managing retail programs with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, and Walmart.

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.

Hands‑on understanding of retail display programs, shopper marketing, and merchandising.

Salary Range: $85K-$115k
