Position Summary As we enter a period of hyper‑growth, we’re seeking a strategic and creative Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to elevate Netradyne’s brand, reputation, and thought leadership globally. This leader will blend storytelling, strategy, and operational excellence to inspire customers, strengthen market trust, and drive measurable business impact.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute the corporate marketing strategy to scale brand reputation and market influence.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing in‑house and agency team.

Align brand and communications programs with business objectives and revenue targets.

Partner cross‑functionally to deliver a unified go‑to‑market presence across every customer and market touchpoint.

Define and evolve Netradyne’s brand identity, narrative, and visual system.

Drive integrated, high‑impact campaigns that reinforce Netradyne’s mission and category leadership in AI‑powered fleet intelligence.

Build a world‑class content organization producing compelling multimedia stories—videos, case studies, blogs, white papers, executive messaging, and customer success features.

Translate AI and technical innovation into human‑centered, value‑driven narratives.

Lead thought‑leadership initiatives (blogs, podcasts, webinars, executive POVs) that position Netradyne as a leading voice in fleet safety and AI.

Lead global PR and media relations to elevate visibility and credibility.

Build strong analyst relationships and secure inclusion in influential industry reports.

Support executive communications and media preparation for key events, panels, and interviews.

Lead customer advocacy and NPS initiatives to spotlight customer success and innovation.

Develop robust reference and case‑study programs that power sales enablement and pipeline acceleration.

Oversee social media strategy and community engagement to boost brand visibility and executive presence.

Define success metrics for brand awareness, share of voice, reputation, NPS, and pipeline influence.

Deliver clear executive reporting connecting marketing outcomes to business growth.

Continuously optimize programs through data insights and market feedback.

Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years leading corporate marketing, brand, or communications functions.

Proven success driving AR/PR, brand, and communications strategy for a high‑growth SaaS or AI‑driven technology company (Series C–D or later).

Expertise crafting integrated marketing programs that resonate with investors, customers, and industry analysts.

Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high‑performing teams and manage agencies and partners.

Exceptional storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills with a track record of elevating executive visibility.

Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to connect brand and communications programs to measurable business outcomes.

Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and media channels.

Preferred Experience

Background in fleet management, transportation, IoT, or safety technology.

Deep experience in thought‑leadership and analyst relations programs that shape market perception.

Familiarity with scaling in growth‑stage and post‑IPO environments.

Education & Location

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field highly desired.

This position is a hybrid model requiring reporting to our San Diego or San Francisco office 3× per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $160,000 - $215,000 + eligibility for yearly bonus.
