About Us The Director of Sales & Marketing is a strategic visionary with strong analytical skills and expertise in sales and marketing. In this role, you will lead the planning and management of sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue growth. You will establish effective sales deployment strategies and utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence clients and personnel. You will also provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team while managing budgets and financial data effectively.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Management: Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.
Communication and Negotiation: Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships with clients and team members.
Analytical and Strategic Vision: Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies.
Sales and Marketing Expertise: Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting and closing techniques.
Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource functions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce.
Financial Acumen: Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Education & Experience
Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
