Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) - Future Opening Join Abe, a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, as a Senior Social Media Strategist. In this remote role, you’ll work with mid‑market and enterprise clients to develop and execute high‑performing LinkedIn advertising strategies, while collaborating with a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements.

Build quarterly client strategies.

Create, maintain, and optimize paid media campaign budgets.

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.

Manage personal productivity and utilization.

Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.

Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.

Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities via client relationships and professional networks.

Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.

What You Offer

2+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.

Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and related tools.

Strong understanding of paid media principles—keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.

Demonstrated success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

Skill in translating data into strategic insights and storytelling.

Competitive, curious, and a true problem‑solver.

Approach to staying on the cutting edge of industry trends.

Organizational, prioritization, and multi‑project management skills.

Quality‑obsessed mindset with a passion for advertising.

Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed.

What Success Looks Like

Encompass core values in every interaction with internal teams and clients.

Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.

Meet and exceed departmental KPIs, such as client NSMs (North Star Metrics) and client satisfaction scores.

Build client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals.

Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals and objectives.

Clearly communicate results to client points of contact and executives.

Exercise exceptional decision‑making for strategic account direction.

Living wage with an annual base salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD (US‑based).
