Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
Build strategies for clients each quarter
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
Maintain personal productivity and utilization
Work directly with Associate Director to ensure client and internal goals are achieved
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
Drive cross‑sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and related tools
Strong understanding of paid media principles: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and optimization
Ability to analyze performance data with Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other platforms to make data‑driven decisions
Experience driving results measured via OCT
Audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts
Strategic storytelling with data
Competitive, curious problem‑solver mindset
Continuous learning at the cutting edge of industry trends
Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills
Quality‑obsessed and passionate about advertising
Travel to clients approximately once per year as required

Reflect core values in all interactions, internally and externally
Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts
Meet and exceed department KPIs, such as client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include client NSMs and satisfaction scores
Build client trust and relationships that drive consistent renewals
Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals and objectives
Clear communication of results to client point of contact and executives
Exceptional decision making for account strategy

Living wage: annual base salary range $70,000–$80,000 USD (estimate; actual may vary)
