Position Summary

The (USA) Designer Creative plays a key role in developing and executing graphic and textile design strategies that align with business objectives. This position involves researching seasonal concepts, creating print artwork, and collaborating cross‑functionally to support line plan needs. The role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and textile design, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer and business requirements. About the team:

The VIZIO Ads Creative Design team delivers solution‑focused creative design to support Ad Sales and achieve advertiser goals. This team shapes effective creative direction and strategy while ensuring alignment with VIZIO OS guidelines to enhance the customer viewing experience. Collaborating across functions, the team develops innovative graphic and textile designs, leveraging expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools. Members contribute to business success by providing expert guidance, fostering strong partnerships, and continuously improving creative solutions that meet both customer and organizational needs.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate across functions to develop and align graphic strategies that support business objectives and seasonal plans.
  • Create and refine textile artwork, including print designs, colorways, repeat sizes, and placement guidance to meet line plan requirements.
  • Conduct research on seasonal textile concepts through market analysis, trend boards, and retail insights to inform design direction.
  • Provide expert advice on design execution and continuous improvement of action plans to enhance business performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, implement solutions, and monitor progress.
  • Uphold company policies and ethical standards while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Proficiency in graphic and textile design with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience developing textile artwork, including print artwork, colorways, and repeat sizing aligned with line plan requirements.
  • Ability to research and develop seasonal textile concepts through market analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills to align graphic strategies and incorporate feedback effectively.
