Legal Research & Writing Attorney
to join our team. If you love the challenge of deep legal analysis and persuasive writing — but prefer to stay out of the courtroom — this position is built for you. Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research for
New Jersey and Pennsylvania
personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and more) Draft and refine motions, oppositions, memoranda, and appellate briefs Analyze case law, deposition transcripts, and expert reports Prepare written materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial support Collaborate with attorneys to ensure consistent tone, quality, and strategy across all filings Qualifications:
Juris Doctor and
license to practice law in New Jersey
(PA license a plus) Experience with PA pleadings, filings, and procedures
preferred Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under deadlines About Company
