About the Role At Revolut, Operations means problem‑solving at scale. The Design Operations Manager will bring clarity and scale to our global design organisation, building seamless workflows to unlock speed and consistency across product teams. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining a unified design audit framework to ensure consistency and quality across teams Implementing standardised workflows, templates and processes to streamline delivery Setting up dashboards for design and leadership to improve visibility and alignment Supporting UX research coordination and intake to optimise team efficiency Driving improvements in design‑to‑engineering handover to enhance collaboration and execution What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in design operations, programme management or a similar role A solid understanding of design processes, research practices and design systems Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion and Jira (or similar project management and collaboration platforms) Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills Nice to have Experience working in a global, fast‑paced tech or fintech environment Proven ability to scale design operations across multiple teams or regions A passion for building systems and processes that empower designers to focus on creativity and impact We support diversity and inclusion At Revolut we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join our multicultural, hard‑working team.
