Our client in the IT solutions space is looking to hire a full time Content Lead to join their team, full time!

The Content Lead will own and execute their B2B content strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn insights into compelling content that resonates with a B2B audience. You'll work closely with the founder to build a simple, scalable content system and create content that elevates the voices of our leadership and sales team—not just the company page.

This is a full time, direct hire role! The team works on site 3 days from their Miami, FL office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Content Pillars: Collaborate with the founder to define and refine core themes that align with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Build a Content System: Listen to sales calls and analyze transcripts for insights; interview key team members to uncover stories and observations that resonate with prospects.
  • Social Content Creation: Ideate and write LinkedIn posts for our sales team and leadership to share; focus on personal‑brand‑driven content rather than corporate messaging.
  • Contribute to short‑form video strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Write scripts and act in a journalistic role—asking questions behind the camera to draw out authentic insights.
  • Content Ideation: Continuously generate fresh ideas for posts, videos, and campaigns that engage and convert.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B Experience: Understanding how to create content that speaks to decision‑makers and drives engagement.
  • Content System Builder: Experience developing repeatable processes for sourcing and creating content.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Skilled at writing posts that grab attention, spark conversation, and deliver value.
  • Video Savvy: Ability to ideate and script short‑form videos that feel authentic and compelling.
  • Storytelling Mindset: Journalistic approach to uncovering insights and turning them into narratives.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Familiarity with YouTube and LinkedIn video best practices.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership on thought leadership content.
