Thompson Industrial Services, LLC is hiring: Senior Graphic Designer in Nashvill

Overview

We are a B2B marketing organization looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to provide expertise and support in all phases of design for brand initiatives, marketing campaigns and creative assets across a portfolio of brands.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be located in Nashville with hybrid work options available and reports to the Executive Creative Director.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Creative Director and account directors to lead creative thinking.
• Own the creative process from concepting to preparing final files for all outlets including web, paid media, social, digital, and print.
• Make artwork production-ready, resolve any production issues and prepare files for release to media partners.
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths and image manipulation as needed.
• Package and prepare files for release to media partners.
• Design for brands and work within brand guidelines.
• Develop creative layouts for digital ads, presentations, email campaigns, digital brochure, white papers.
• Create static and dynamic ad creative for paid advertising and social campaigns.
• Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos.
• Stay up to date with current graphic design trends, techniques, and software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a senior graphic designer or production artist.
• A Bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design, or related field.
• A digital-focused portfolio of completed graphics and designs.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (XD and Figma a plus!).
• Proven experience with social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Notable attention to detail.

Bonus Points

• Experience with UX/UI (XD, Figma, or similar).
• Experience editing short video content.
• Experience with Adobe AfterEffects.
• Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing industries.
