About the Job We're looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving content. You'll be crafting video ads for a diverse portfolio of e-commerce and consumer brands, balancing original creative work with high-performing adaptations of existing styles and assets. Who We’re Looking For You're a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes video editing. You understand the nuances of social media platforms, have mastered the art of scroll-stop and retention editing techniques, and get excited about finding new ways to make content convert. As part of our remote team, you're self-motivated and excel at online collaboration. Key Responsibilities Create short-form video ads from creative briefs and storyboards Edit high-performing content for multiple social media platforms Develop and test various hook styles and transitions Enhance edits with motion graphics, color correction, and audio sweetening Maintain organized project files and efficient workflow systems Collaborate remotely with team members across different time zones Technical Requirements Expert proficiency in professional editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and/or CapCut Strong motion editing skills in Adobe After Effects Hook creation and experimentation Dynamic transitions B-roll integration Color correction and audio sweetening capabilities Experience with file delivery and management Must-Have Skills Relentless attention to detail Strong project management abilities Excellent remote communication skills Fluency in English Ability to self-manage and obsession with meeting deadlines Understanding of performance marketing principles What Sets You Apart Experience with direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands History of creating high-converting social media content Knowledge of current social media trends Background in performance-driven creative work Our Values Continuous learning and innovation Collaborative problem-solving Pushing the boundaries of performance marketing Ready to Create Scroll-Stopping Content?
