Acme Dock Specialists is a growing 3rd-generation, family-owned company specializing in industrial loading dock equipment, specialty doors, and allied/in-plant equipment. We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our expanding marketing initiatives.


Position Overview


The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, creating content, supporting events, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement
  • Create and edit content including emails, social posts, website updates, product sheets, and presentations
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Support SEO, SEM, and analytics reporting with basic data collection and insights
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams on marketing materials and lead generation efforts
  • Assist with CRM updates, email marketing lists, and campaign tracking
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors, designers, printers, and freelancers


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media management, email marketing tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
