Acme Dock Specialists is a growing 3rd-generation, family-owned company specializing in industrial loading dock equipment, specialty doors, and allied/in-plant equipment. We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our expanding marketing initiatives.

Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, creating content, supporting events, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement

Create and edit content including emails, social posts, website updates, product sheets, and presentations

Coordinate trade shows, events, webinars, and promotional activities

Support SEO, SEM, and analytics reporting with basic data collection and insights

Collaborate with sales and product teams on marketing materials and lead generation efforts

Assist with CRM updates, email marketing lists, and campaign tracking

Cultivate relationships with vendors, designers, printers, and freelancers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of marketing experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with social media management, email marketing tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Salesforce) is a plus

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
