UX Designer

Accountabilities: ·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric feature designs for Agentic AI products. ·
Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation of product concepts to ensure alignment with user needs. ·
Develop rapid prototypes and web-ready design assets to communicate design ideas effectively. ·
Advocate for user experience and drive a user-centered design culture across the organization. ·
Design experiments to test value and usability, continuously refining the design-to-development process. ·
Adapt and contribute flexibly to support team objectives and evolving product requirements. ·
Mentor and guide peers on UX best practices to improve overall design quality and consistency. Requirements ·
Proven experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences. ·
Strong background in web UX design, creating rapid prototypes, and conducting user testing. ·
Skilled in visual design with a focus on usability, accessibility, and cross-device interfaces. ·
Familiarity with agile engineering practices and iterative design processes. ·
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions effectively. ·
Preferred: experience designing AI-driven products, agentic AI systems, or generative AI features. ·
Preferred: experience creating designs for government users and constrained environments. ·
