Support the development of templates, components, and documentation to enhance digital communications. Collaborate closely with a team of 4 designers, marketing communications partners, and product partners. Top Skills Required:
Strong foundational experience in UX/UI and visual design. Knowledge of systems design. Proficiency in Figma for documentation and component building. Desired Soft Skills:
Systems thinker with a detail-oriented and organized approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable asking for help when needed.
Candidates with experience in designing systems (UX, design strategy) will be especially well suited for this role. The interview process will likely involve two rounds, including a case study or review of their website.
