Responsibilities
Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
Audit lease and resident files.
Process pre‑close and month‑end reports.
Inspect apartments upon move‑ins and move‑outs.
Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
Complete statement of deposits for move‑outs.
Qualifications
One year of sales/service industry experience.
Previous leasing experience, preferred.
Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Valid Driver’s License.
Required Testing
Criminal Background Check.
Non‑DOT Testing.
MVR.
Position Type
Hourly Rate.
Full‑time.
