About The Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute an acquisition strategy across key paid online channels for OneSkin. This person will own channel strategy and media buying, manage day‑to‑day execution of online paid channels, and closely collaborate with our in‑house creative, product and science teams. As part of the growth team you will continue to drive rapid and sustainable growth in creative and compelling ways.

What You’ll Do

Own full funnel campaign strategy and implementation across a variety of channels, including Meta, TikTok and Google.

Identify and execute channel tests, draft performance projections, and own channel metrics, understanding what's performing and key opportunities.

Maintain an up‑to‑date roadmap of ad tests (creative, copy, targeting, channel, etc.) and coordinate between various stakeholders and contributors.

Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video and design variants, and collaborate closely with product and creative teams to finalize deliverables.

Build relationships with external ad agencies, publishers and networks to contribute to our acquisition goals and remain updated on best practices.

Set up efficient systems and processes to manage user acquisition campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years experience in user acquisition or digital marketing.

Deep knowledge of campaign management in Facebook Ads, TikTok and Google Ads. Pinterest Ads is a plus.

Understanding of marketing funnels, channels, attribution and performance metrics.

Experience analyzing performance metrics and arriving at actionable recommendations.

Proficient in Excel and using Google Analytics.

Great cross‑functional collaborator and communicator.

Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including incrementality & brand lift is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$50 - $65 per hour approx. 40 hours per week
