Architectural Designer
to join our growing team and contribute to all phases of design, documentation, and project coordination. Located in Nashua, NH (Applicant must be local to NH or MA).
About the Role The Architectural Designer will support project teams throughout the complete architectural process—from concept design through construction administration. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment with colleagues, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, diagrams, models, and visual presentations
Produce coordinated plans, elevations, sections, and details
Conduct planning studies, occupancy analyses, and code research
Prepare construction documents and assist with specifications
Maintain Revit models, drawing standards, and sheet organization
Project Support
Assist with permit and bid packages
Respond to consultant review comments and client feedback
Review submittals and shop drawings during construction administration
Participate in occasional site and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of professional architectural experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong design, technical, and communication skills
Foundational understanding of wood frame construction
Ability to work independently
Experience across multiple project phases is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
