Placement Director/Recruiter at AP Professionals We have an excellent opportunity with a client located in the Henrietta area. If you are a detail-driven marketing professional with a knack for creativity, you will want to join our clients Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator! This is an entry level position and perfect for a recent grad with an internship or some experience. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, campaign execution, push emails, and other critical communications internally and externally. You will assist the Marketing Team and Sales Director in managing marketing collateral, social media and event coordination. This is a temp-to-hire with pay between $46-48K
Responsibilities Marketing and Communications
Support sales team by providing selling tools e.g. value impact reports, brochures, promotional items and giveaways, and marketing materials that outline their offerings and brand positioning
Create customer and community facing presentations, flyers, push emails, literature
Create internal communications, including presentations, guides, organizational chart updates and other documents/tools to support training and awareness internally
Monitor and report on local and global news and events related to products, industry, customers; identifies trends and proposes new leads and opportunities
Communicate notices from Corporate and/or Company President
Assist with quarterly updates to the Distributor Operating Plan
Assist Sales Support Engineer with new product launches, including presenting to sales team and preparing digital and printed marketing materials
Maintain inventory and distribution of marketing material throughout the organization
Coordinate Inside Sales activity, and report on progress, trends and KPIs of team
Manage Company Website
Customer Experience
Plan and lead implementation of customer-facing events including training, tours of facility, customer appreciation events
Ensure registrants are welcomed and appropriately assigned to sales team
Support sales team in managing training calendar
Create, distribute & compile Customer Satisfaction surveys. Analyze results and present findings to leadership team
Closely monitor net promotor score (NPS) and provide updates to company and leadership team on trends and areas for improvement
Associate Experience
Plan / coordinate / lead implementation of company events including training, meetings, travel, company gatherings (holiday dinners, All Hands Meeting), and community projects
Coordinate associate news, birthdays, anniversaries via their internal website
Customer Relations Manager (CRM) Project Specialist
Act as CRM process leader and provide updates to associates as required.
Support CRM understanding for all associates, specifically support of sales team
Train new associates on CRM
Administrative & Key Support Initiatives
Supports organization and updates of company strategic plan
Orders promotional gear, giveaways, associate merchandise, business cards, literature
Participates in webinars
Engage on social media through LinkedIn to ensure appropriate presence and awareness to customers and community
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business preferred
Experience
Experience in leading marketing initiatives and project management skills preferred
Experience in CRM software, Hubspot or Microsoft CRM preferred
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Strong understanding of project ownership and accountability
Strategic thinker with experience in solving business problems
Desire to develop strong working relationships with customers and coworkers
Drive for personal development and contribution to a positive work environment and culture
Clear communication skills, verbal and written
