Jukebox is looking for an

Ecommerce Marketing Manager

to own the execution and optimization of our end-to-end digital experience – from our Shopify site to our lifecycle channels. This role bridges strategy and execution, bringing our brand, products and campaigns to life across web, email, SMS, loyalty and subscription. What You’ll Do

Shopify & Site Experience

Build and manage products, collections, metafields, and homepage content within Shopify Update imagery, generate copy and campaign creative across site templates Build and manage landing pages for brand campaigns, launches and acquisition funnels Execute CRO initiatives, A/B testing and performance tracking in partnership with the growth team Maintain a high‑converting, brand‑aligned digital storefront

Lifecycle & Retention

Oversee execution of email, SMS, loyalty and subscription programs Manage agency partners responsible for hands‑on execution, owning briefs, calendars and QA Collaborate with the brand & integrated marketing team to align lifecycle messaging with launches and seasonal moments Ensure onsite UX supports key lifecycle journeys: welcome, post‑purchase, reorder and churn

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Act as the digital owner across growth, brand & integrated marketing workstreams Translate briefs from performance and creative into actionable digital experiences Partner with freelance devs and agencies when advanced technical support is needed Identify and scope new tools or enhancements to improve funnel performance

About You

4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, CX or retention/lifecycle roles Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify (especially front‑end content and product management) Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge or similar Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills Experience working with or managing external agencies and freelancers Analytical mindset with comfort in UTM tracking, performance dashboards and testing frameworks Process‑oriented and proactive – always looking for ways to streamline workflows and automate recurring tasks to drive efficiency Highly organized and detail‑oriented Nice‑to‑Haves

Light front‑end dev familiarity (HTML/CSS/Liquid) Experience using page‑building tools like Replo, Unbounce, etc. Prior experience in high‑growth DTC or subscription‑based ecommerce Why Join Us
