Our New York based digital marketing company is looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Account Manager.
At SMB ENGINE, we work collaboratively as a team and require our staff to be holistic players who seek out new ways to impress our clients. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will guide the day-to-day activity of multiple clients across the agency’s core service areas and departments. You’ll get to work with talented, passionate and entertaining people. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is done within the agency’s process, on time and on budget. In this role you will learn to develop creative strategies and guide the creative process to deliver great work for our clients.
We are looking for an Account Manager with 2-3 years of marketing agency experience.
The selected candidate will manage and develop client campaigns and projects.
They will also be responsible for building and growing relationships with our clientele.
Desired Skills and Expertise The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business or marketing and has a minimum of 1-2 years of digital agency experience.
Experience with digital media including online, mobile, and digital marketing campaigns/promotions.
Solid understanding of email marketing, paid search, display, rich media, search engine optimization and other marketing strategies.
A very high level of computer proficiency and comfortable around software including but not limited to CRMs, CMS platforms, marketing automation software, etc.
Ability to understand creative requirements and work with digital graphics programs.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at every level.
Understanding of sales promotions as a marketing tool.
Ability to project enthusiasm and excitement; be highly inquisitive and investigative in new media methods such as digital promotions.
Thrives in fast-pace and deadline sensitive work environment
Ability to work with teams from various departments
Strong Listener who can communicate solutions in a concise and objective manner
Ability to be available during non-standard hours.
